Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement for items that arrive damaged or defective.

How to request a replacement

Once we verify the claim, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Not eligible

• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear.
• Items that are not damaged or defective.
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

We do not currently offer returns for a refund. If a replacement for a damaged or defective item is not available, please contact us and we will work with you on a resolution.
