Shipping Policy

Zarvoog ships to addresses within India only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping charges

Shipping is a flat ₹19 per order anywhere in India, whether you pay online or with Cash on Delivery. There are no extra COD fees. The final amount is always shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing and delivery times

Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery: most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals or other events outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking details by email and/or SMS so you can follow your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across India at no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Repeatedly refusing COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account.

Address and delivery attempts

Please make sure your shipping address, pincode and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details. If a delivery fails after the courier's attempts, the order may be returned to us and cancelled.
