Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zarvoog online store at zarvoog.com ("Store", "we", "us", "our") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Store under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law.

2. Products and pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any COD fee are shown separately at checkout.
  • We try to display products, colours and descriptions accurately, but actual products may vary slightly from images.
  • We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery where available. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store your card or bank details.

5. Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

6. Shipping, replacements and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Replacements for damaged or defective items are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and not misuse the Store (including fraud, abuse of offers or COD, or attempts to disrupt the website).

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including the Zarvoog name, logo, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your consumer rights, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.
